Lost or Stolen Credit Card
If your credit card is lost or stolen, call 1-800-883-0131. Contact a First Utah Bank branch as soon as possible to report the lost or stolen card and make arrangements to have the card re-issued.

Lost or Stolen Debit Card
If your debit card is lost or stolen, call 1-801-272-9454 to file a report and to make arrangements to have the card re-issued.

Lost or Stolen Checks
If any checks are lost or stolen, contact a First Utah Bank branch location as soon as possible. It will help to have the check number, amount and payee of the last legitimate check written. You will most likely be issued a new account number to ensure that fraudulent activity does not take place in the future.
