With Mobile Banking you can manage your finances quickly, easily, and securely. Our complimentary* Mobile Banking service makes it easier than ever to check account balances, view current day transactions, make deposits, access Bill Pay, transfer funds between accounts, and find First Utah Bank locations and ATMs throughout the Salt Lake Valley.
You can access account information on-the-go three easy ways:
- Downloadable Application (optimized for iPhone® and Android™ devices) – search Google Play or the App Store for First Utah Bank.
- Mobile Browser
- SMS Mobile Text Messaging**
To set up Mobile Browser or Text Messaging, login to Internet Banking and select Profile. Under the section titled Mobile Banking Profile click on Enroll Now or Manage Devices.
In order to use Mobile Banking you must have:
- At least one active deposit or loan account at First Utah Bank
- Access to Internet Banking
- Valid U.S. mobile phone number
Using Mobile Deposit
Depositing checks using your SmartPhone is easy! Once you’ve installed Mobile Banking, login and click on the Deposits icon. Follow the instructions that appear on your screen. Be sure to endorse each check that you deposit as follows:

You may make deposits anytime. If we receive and accept your deposit before 6:00 PM Mountain Time on a day that we are open, you will receive same-day credit. If we receive the deposit after 6:00 PM, don’t worry, you’ll receive credit the following business day.
*First Utah Bank does not charge a fee for you to use our Mobile Banking services. However, carrier message and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless provider for more information about carrier charges or your mobile phone account and service plan.
