Fraud
If your First Utah Bank Visa® debit card has been blocked due to suspected fraud and you need to verify recent activity, please call the fraud department at 801.308.2265. First Utah Bank utilizes a text based fraud verification system to verify suspect purchases. If you are unsure of a message or text please contact the fraud department.
